HAPPIER TIMES: Amber Rose with husband Wiz Khalifa
AMBER ROSE has hit back at claims her infidelity was to blame for her shock split from rapper Wiz Khalifa.
While rumours suggested that both parties had cheated on each other, the mother-of-one took to Twitter to clear up any confusion.
“Please stop with the fake stories,” she said. “I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this….”
The 30-year-old model, who once famously dated rapper Kanye West, then seemed to imply that it was husband Wiz who had been playing away by tweeting “unfortunately my now ex husband can’t say the same.”
The couple recently celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary and appeared to be solid. However, Amber’s decision to file for divorce allegedly came after Khalifa declined her requests to join him on tour.
The pair have a 19-month-old son named Sebastian who Rose will be seeking full and legal custody of according to the divorce papers.
The Black and Yellow rapper is yet to comment on the allegations.
It is believed the couple had a pre-nup in place, which provided spousal support.
“Amber acknowledges there’s a prenup, which you would think would work in Wiz’s favour, but she says it’s valid, presumably, she’s not challenging it,” a source told gossip website TMZ.
“I’m devastated and crushed but my main focus is Sebastian,” Rose added before signing off of the social media site. “Thank u for all the support in this difficult time.”
