DENIED: Mark Ingram and his teammates

NFL PLAYER Mark Ingram and his New Orleans Saints teammates were reportedly denied entry to London nightclub Cirque Le Soir for being “too urban”.

The running back tweeted that they had a great time, with the exception of being denied entry to the circus-themed nightclub on Monday (Feb 27).

In a series of tweets, Ingram said “They told us they were “6 big guys” that are too “Urban” but nobody taller than 5’11!! cc:saints roster,” Ingram wrote on Twitter.

 

The Saints and Miami Dolphins will play in London on October 1 and a number of Saints players, including Ingram, cornerbacks Sterling Moore and B.W. Webb, and safety Vonn Bell, travelled to London to check things out this week.

On its website, Cirque Le Soir is described as “one of the most successful clubs in the world, attracting a galaxy of stars including Lady Gaga, Leonardo DiCaprio, Rihanna, Kanye West, Madonna, Jessie J, Princess Eugenie, Will.I.am, Katy Perry, Jude Law, Gerard Butler, Usher, Russell Crowe and Nicole Scherzinger.
